BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY TO THE SWEEPSTAKES DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT. SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. 1. ELIGIBILITY: The Movie Inner Circle 2024 Sweepstakes described herein (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (NOT including residents of Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories) who at the time of entry are at least thirteen (13) years of age. Employees (and their immediate families, defined as parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, and their respective spouses) of Fandango Media, LLC (“Sponsor”) and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, The A Team L.L.C. (“Administrator”), and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2024 (the entire period, the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received prior to the start of the Sweepstakes Period will not be valid. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winning a Prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted.
2. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (I) Join Movie Inner Circle by visiting www.movieinnercircle.com, click Join Now, create a Movie Inner Circle account and complete the introduction survey. Limit one (1) Movie Inner Circle account per person. Movie Inner Circle is free to join. You will earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry for the drawing in the Monthly Period in which you complete the introduction survey. (II) Once you are a Movie Inner Circle member, you will earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each Movie Inner Circle survey you complete. You will only be able to complete those surveys that are included in Movie Inner Circle emails you receive. You will earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry for the drawing in the Monthly Period in which you complete each survey.
Sponsor’s computer will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address provided in the Movie Inner Circle account submitted at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
3. WINNER SELECTION: There are twelve (12) separate Monthly Periods (as set forth in the table below) in the Sweepstakes Period. During each Monthly Period, five (5) Grand Prize winners and five (5) First Prize winners, (collectively, the “Prize Winners”) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during such Monthly Period per the drawing schedule below. For the avoidance of doubt, non-winning Sweepstakes entries from a Monthly Period are not rolled over (or automatically entered) into the following Monthly Period drawing. Sweepstakes drawings will be conducted under the supervision of the Administrator, an independent judging organization. Potential Prize Winners will be notified via the e-mail they provided in their Movie Inner Circle account profile. If the notification e-mail is undeliverable or if potential Prize Winner does not respond to it within five (5) days of sending, or potential Prize Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified, and an alternate Prize Winner may be selected in his/her place. There is a limit of one (1) Prize per Movie Inner Circle account per Monthly Period. Any potential Prize Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and/or a publicity release. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification. Odds of winning in any Monthly Period depend on the number of eligible entries received by the entry deadline for that Monthly Period.

4. PRIZES: There are five (5) Grand Prizes (“Grand Prizes”) available to be awarded in each Monthly Period (for a total of 60 Grand Prizes for the Sweepstakes Period). Each Grand Prize winner will receive a $50.00 Visa® Gift Card. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $50.00. There are five (5) First Prizes (“First Prizes” and together with the Grand Prizes, “Prizes”) available to be awarded in each Monthly Period (for a total of 60 First Prizes for the Sweepstakes Period). Each First Prize winner will receive a $25.00 Visa® Gift Card. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is $25.00. Total ARV of all Prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $4,500.00. Visa terms and conditions may apply to a Prize and redemption thereof. Visa is not a sponsor of or in any way affiliated with the Sweepstakes. Prize Winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state, local and any income taxes and any costs, expenses or fees due as a result of receipt of any Prize. Prize may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted; provided, that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another of comparable or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.
5. MISCELLANEOUS: Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. Entrants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes will be disqualified. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus or other problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award Prizes at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, illegible, incomplete, undelivered, or damaged entries and such entries will be void. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Entering the Sweepstakes and accepting a Prize constitutes permission to use the name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness of the Prize Winner and Prize information for advertising, trade, promotional and publicity purposes related to announcing the Prize Winner without further compensation, unless prohibited by law, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
6. LIABILITY & RELEASE: To the extent allowed by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, all applicable laws and the decisions of judges, which shall be final and binding in all matters, (ii) waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules, and (iii) waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against, and release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Sponsor, Administrator and each of their respective parents, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and their advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) from and against any and all liability, injuries, loss, claim, damages, or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use, misuse or possession of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (a) human error or unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines (including but not limited to disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention); (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, garbled, illegible, undelivered, or damaged entries, e-mail, or mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (f) injury or damage to persons, including death, or property (including damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use or misuse of any Prize; (g) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or modification of the Sweepstakes; (h) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omissions on the part of any of the Sweepstakes Entities, or any of their agents or employees; or (i) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any one or more of the Sweepstakes Entities. Entrants hereby acknowledge that Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize. For New Jersey residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.
7. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, to the extent allowed by applicable law, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of California. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
